((My pitiful IC attempt to explain where she's been all this time x.x. Anyone from the thread Glow would be appreiciated ^^.))
Crunch.....Crunch.....Crunch.....
Pawsteps. That's all she could hear. The silence, once her friend, was now what tore the young panther apart, eating away slowly at her sanity. Since her encounter with the cougar, panther, and leopard, Raven had taken refuge elsewhere on the mountainside, avoiding contact with other cats. But why? What drove her to run from another, who could easily mean her no harm? Honestly... she didn't know either. The black and white feline's muscle bunched beneath the blue-marked pelt before launching her foward to the small rock shelf. Maybe there's still someone nearby...
Something was different. The landscape had changed more than it should have in the amount of time she had been gone. Any trees that were here had ben upturned, stones and boulders shifted... Raven didn't know what had happened. The land should have been.... Wait. Avalanches attempted to destroy anything in their wake; maybe there was one? Her sensitive ears did catch a lot of commotion after she quietly slipped out. Did they make it out alive? Black paws padded around the area, searching for some sign that they made it out. Of course, that recent snow didn't help any....

Raven was not the only one who had lately kept to herself. Alexis found herself in a depression for the last few weeks. She was slowly coming out of it and had finally decided to take a walk away from her home. It wasn't all that far of a walk but it was more then she had taken lately. Her large paws pushed into the newly laid snow and created huge paw print holes within them. As she walked, she shook her paws so that not too much stuck to her heavy coat. Lucky for her, she had taken after her mother's side in terms of the thick fur she aquired up here in the mountains. Despite his time here, her father Tieygo still suffered from the cold.
Before she took another step, she heard the pawsteps of another feline walking. She quietly crept forward to investigate. She was higher up then Raven was and peered out over the small jagged edge of the mountain. A feeling of recognition hit her as she had remembered seeing...maybe even speaking to this female once before. What was her name again? Lexi was terrible at remembering names. Raven? Damn I have no idea...
That day had been eventful. She had met several felines and then the random avalanche had just added to it. Watching her walk by, she noted that the female herself didn't appear to be in the best spirits. Perhaps she needs someone to talk to... Creeping away from the ledge, she headed off toward the side where it would easier to climb down. Plopping into the snow (and nearly falling) she headed off toward her.
"Hey..."
Alexis's voice was small and almost unsure. She didn't know if Raven had actually wished for any company. Ugh...I sounded retarded... She lifted a paw up to brush away the hair that had fallen across her face so that she could get a better look.

Zing was much different from Raven and Alexis, who were both such somber and sad spirits. Zing was quite opposite. After the group departed she went along her way to find any unfortunate souls that were killed in the avalanche or stirred up; the young cougar was either going to scavenged up crushed bodies or to hunt those who had lost their nests to the snow. It worked well too.
She was lonely, though not depressed. She was starting to think she was odd for longing the company of other cats, but she did. When she saw a couple of those who she had met earlier she paused and her black-tipped ears pointed forward.
The white animal pranced across the snow like she was weightless. She was definitely strange for a cougar. It didn’t bother her though. She seemed oblivious as to what others thought of her.
“Hello, Alexis!” She said in a bit of an over-excited voice. She then paused and stared at the other one. She didn’t know this one’s name, she had never introduced herself. Instead the cougar just did a small bow in her direction. “Fancy meeting you here, some avalanche, huh?”
