( 1000 apologies for taking so long to reply so far. I swear, I'll make more of an effort to reply faster. @-@ )
Snow was sent flying up as Dartak's paws landed down upon the snow-covered ground, soon falling down as if the snowflakes were drifting from the sky again. Traveling across the rocky and white land as fast as he dared to go, he would usually enjoy a short run but with his inadequate condition, he was tiring fairly quickly. His breath came in white puffs, the freshly snowflakes that fell on his fur quickly slide of. He stopped suddenly to catch his breath, his chest heaving up and down rapidly and his gray head hanging low. With a grunt he looked up, his ice blue eyes staring in the distance. All his eyes could catch sight off was the snow tumbling from the sky and the rocky mountains. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, Dartak once again let his head hang low and his shoulders drop. The mountains were huge, was there a chance he could find Keyna again? Will she even be okay? Sure, Dartak didn't think that she was some weakling that couldn't fend herself, but she wasn't fully adapted to the mountains and other cats could be hostile. Still, he still had to at least try to find Keyna. Heaving his body up again, Dartak continued, heading toward the sides of the mountains.
Leaning against the wall of rock to gain some breath, a scent drifted into Dartak's nose. Lifting up with head and ears, hope began to flicker inside of Dartak again. He knew that scent, it was from Keyna. Pushing against the snow with his legs, Dartak leapt off and tracked scent. Dartak soon ended up at a narrow passage, where Keyna's scent was coming off strongest. Squeezing through the passage, he realized with odd humor that he's just skinny enough to fit. Good luck? No, he didn't think so, it's sorta what got him in this in the first place.
Focusing back on the "search and rescue" the Snow leopard realized he was in a neutral territory. Looking around and keeping his guard alert, other cats could be here, and he's not fit to defend himself. Following Keyna's scent all the while, and fitting through another passage, Dartak found himself ironically, a place where he wanted to show Keyna. Standing in front of an Ice Cave, he slowing made his way in. The Ice Cave always marveled him, the walls were a extraordinary blue, shining with a seemingly eerie blue glow. The walls of the cave were rugged and bumpy, but where they were spread apart Dartak could slightly see his reflection. Walking indolently, placing his paws carefully so he wouldn't slip on the icy floor, Dartak started making his way around the cave. "Keyna? Are you here?"

Keyna had kept walking through the raving until she had come into the opening. Her paws were dark with water, the pads were frozen. She stepped on a rock by accident and winced a bit as she looked at the swelling and bleeding cut. The blood dripped as Key glanced around for shelter. Noticing the cave she shivered and headed towards it.
Her gold eyes glinted in a small ray of moonlight as she walked toward the cave. Keyna's face dropped at the amount of white powder on the floor of the cave, it was snowing outside too...she shivered and licked her shoulder, trying to warm herself up, to no avail. Sighing she scraped out a bowl to the floor through the snow. 'so, c-c-c-cold...' Key was soaked to the skin, she was so wet the the amazingly faint spots on her coat were showing. If she had been as full of energy as she had been earlier she would have been gaping at the beauty of the cave, but something was telling her to wait, to try and sleep. It would also be easier to be found if she didn't move around too much.
Key looked at the hole at her feet then stepped down into it, she curled up to keep warm. Her paws were curled to her chest and her tail was over her nose. She sneezed, shivering harder, then lifted her head to pant at the sudden heat wave in her body. Key uncurled herself into the snow to cool down, 'is it me...everything is so fuzzy...it was moving too...what is that...it looks like a dark blob...' Key's ears twitched as she heard her name, "nnnmmhh" She managed to mumble a bit before the darkness closed over her vision. Key was drifting, unconcious to the going on around her.

As the silvered Snow leopard made his way across the cave, he always kept his blue gaze ahead of him, searching for a sign of a spotted tawny pelt along the blue walls. His almost silent steps made a soft "tick" as his claws landed down on the floor, they were out in case he needs some grip on the icy ground in some areas. He seemed to be alone in the Ice cave, save for his companion, his reflection that traveled by his side against the wall, changing shaped slowly as Dartak made his way. Lifting his pink nose to the air, he sniffed a couple of times to help him make his way in the Ice cave, toward Keyna. She was in here for sure, if Dartak just followed her scent he'll find her.
Not looking where he placed his large paws, Dartak set his paws on ice spot, while moving along and putting pressure on it, his feet lost ground and went went sprawling to the ground, landing hard on his chin. Umph. Perfect. Putting his eyebrows close together as possible, you can see Dartak's displeasure of landed on his face. Regaining his balance he hesitantly made his way up again. Looking down at the ground - mostly to prevent falling again -- on the ice he noticed his scratches from his claws trying to find a grip, multiple thin lines ran across the ice, like visible white veins. But, along the scratch marks he noticed something else. There were faint drops of blood, though it stood out against the blue background. Keeping his gaze locked on the blood and his nose focusing on Keyna's scent, he began moving again, searching for her, the blood being the like of a bread crumb trail.
Soon enough, he saw a heap of fur. Tawny fur. "Keyna..." He whispered to himself. Gaining a tad a speed, he rushed to Keyna. "Keyna," he breathed again, prodding her with a ash coloured paw in the side. She made no effort to move, nor to even look at him. It was as if she was asleep, her eyelids down, blocking the amber gaze. He figured she most of lost conscious. Well, he has to get her out and to someplace warm soon. But there was no way he could carry her all the way back and up to his cave, plus the sharpest points of hunger were beginning to come back, one groundhog wasn't enough to end his hunger. *I'll just drag her to a pool of water and splash her, maybe that'll wake her.* Dartak thought silently to himself. Wrapping his jaw lightly around a patch of loose skin, he slowly began dragging her to a miniature pool of water that was near by to them. The pool reflected light from the ice and cave, making it seem as if it were solid and made of pure crystal. Lightly and gently putting her down, he sprayed some of the crystal ice-cold water onto Keyna's face from the clear pool with one paw. He waited anxiously to see if the water would effect and waken the female.
(That's alright, I didn't mine. :3 )

[Truth= I forgot...I'm Sorry! *cries* And I have lost my muse...hmm....]
Keyna felt the bumps of being dragged along, her body screamed danger. But she was to sick, to hot, too cold, too confused. She felt a blast of cold wetness, the direct opposite of the feeling on her foot and her eyes squeezed shut. Slowly, as the water dripped off her eyes open, her amber gaze was bright with fever. Scrambling to her feet Key looked around, "What? Where am I? Why and I here?" She looked around frantically, backing up, away from the strange snowleopard that had helped her. Key shook her head, she didn't know...she didn't know...

(That's Okay. x3)
Relief flooded Dartak as Keyna woke up and stumbled onto her feet. Her eyes were shining unusually and Keyna seemed a little jumpy, as if she found a dream to be true. "Keyna?" He muttered uncertainly. His voice was small and almost helpless again. She took a few steps back from him. The Snow Leopard shook his head slighting, what was wrong? She seemed so scared, confused. . . different. He slowly placed one paw in front of another, but quickly retreated a step back. She must of forgot something... he thought. No use for her to mistaking him as a threat.
"What? Where am I? Why and I here?"
At the sound of the words his eyes widened. She -- her memory -- Keyna lost must of lost a part of her memory. Dartak thought. He looked down at the icy ground, and sat down heavily. He quietly studied his paws, ignoring her questions for a few seconds. He needed to think tings over. Keyna obviously couldn't survive in the freezing mountains, maybe you could use this moment to take advantage and bring her over to the Zaltanian Scarps. A mountain region, though not as cold. Dartak glanced over at Keyna and saw her shivering in the pale cave. First, he will bring her over back to his cave, and get her warmed up. The night still has a few hours to go, but they could go to sleep early, and perhaps at dusk they could start the travel -- if both we strong enough. Standing up, his muscles aching and his breath heavy he faced and looked at the cheetah mix.
"Keyna, you're at Mount Miaziden. My only guess why you're here is because you're just traveling -- I'm not truly sure. Well, I'm Dartak, w-we met a while ago. Follow me, I'll -- we'll go to my cave, where it's warmer and you can have something to eat."
After just saying that, Dartak already felt more tired. His energy was sapping fast, he could use something to eat again. The search and excitement drained the last of it. Twitching his tail from side to side, his eyes dull and slightly closing, he made his way out and ready to travel again. He looked back and Keyna and stood waiting for her.

Key's eyes widened as he stepped closer, she braced, did he want to fight? What did he want? Then he stepped back quickly, she relaxed, backing up a bit more so that if the leopard did attack she could run away. Instead he seemed to be in thought, her tan brow wrinkled in confusion. The moonlight from outside caught on some dust particles floating in the air. Momentarily she was distracted by the pretty sparkles infront of her face, then he spoke.
"Keyna, you're at Mount Miaziden. My only guess why you're here is because you're just traveling -- I'm not truly sure. Well, I'm Dartak, w-we met a while ago. Follow me, I'll -- we'll go to my cave, where it's warmer and you can have something to eat."
She jumped, his voice was low, probably trying not to scare her. But she wasn't prepared for him to speak as far as she had known they had been in a stand off...unsure about whether there was going to fight. Key cockyed her head at her name, he knew her name...how? Her brow furrowed in confusion, she couldn't hold her silence any longer, "Dartak."She tried out his name on her tongue, "When did we...meet...how can I...trust y-you." She stuttered the last words with a shiver that ran through her spine. Curious as to what is home looked like. She followed.

"Dartak."
The sound of the words seemed off in a distance, his mind of being clouded again. Wearily, he turned his face toward Keyna to see her standing still, looking dazed. This was thew first word she said after he invited her to come with him, at least she was coming slowly back to herself. But, was she calling him, or was the cougar mix just talking to herself? Nah, probably just to herself, Dartak decided.
"When did we...meet...how can I...trust y-you."
Unfinished questions one after another fought their way through, making no sense at all for Dartak. All he managed to hear was "How can I...trust y-you". His lips curled back into a smile at the question. Him, hurting her? In the state that he's in? Dartak barely had no energy left, he wouldn't use the last of it to fight her. Instead of answering her questions, nodded with his head toward the exit of the ice cave, meaning for her to come. He will answer them sometime, maybe at nightfall tomorrow. Resuming his way to his cave, placing one paw after another, admiring the silent beauty of the crystal cave, listening to the rhythmic pattern of claws hitting the ground, he was pleased that Keyna was trailing behind him.
Once out of the ice cave, the Snow Leopard kept all his senses alert as possible, for food would do both well for him and Keyna. A scent of groundhog reached his pink nose, a scent he has been longing for numerous dusks. Dartak forced his paws to move in front of him, quickly gathering speed toward the base where the scent was coming from. All of a sudden a moderately scrawny Snow shoe hare jumped beneath Dartak from the snow, sending snow scattering and descending to the frozen ground. Allowing a growl of surprise and gratefulness, Dartak quickly switched his goal and focus to the Hare. Pushing with his limbs, he took a quick turn and caught off the hare's path, a grin forming on his face. With an outstretched paw, he knocked the Snow Shoe Hare over and swiftly bite into the Hare. Great, now he has food for both him and Keyna, with a ground hog waiting inside his cave. Looking at Keyna with a Hare in his mouth, he grinned foolishly, supposedly getting the message that this could be for her. Renewing the path for his cave, Dartak and Keyna set out again and after a while with traveling in the snow with the snowflakes ceasing their fall they soon reached his cave.
Dartak's energy was completely worn out by now but that didn't let that belay his satisfaction of a small hunt. Plopping down and dropping the snow white hare the feline looked at Keyna with concern. He hoped the walk might of warmed her a bit and cleared her mind. He wondered if she was hungry, he did have food for the two of them. He prodded the dead Hare with his ash coloured paw. "Here, have it. You need it. "

[sorry.]
Keyna watched him chase and hunt the hare with awe. He was so good at that! When he dropped the hare by her feet she shook her caramel colored head vigorously, "That's yours, I can survive without it..." She was given away by her stomach growling, "This is your territory any ways. I shouldn't impede on your time or energy." She turned her head away stubbornly, looking at the now small cave. Keys head then turned to face the sky that she loved so much, the stars were just visible through the wispy clouds.
