Theo smiled and nodded through her story. He was glad she told hers after his, hers wasn't as depressing. "Those lions should try living as a liger for a week." he laughed as she finnished, but he couldn't help but wonder what happened to the pride who just disappeared. "I guess its just one of lifes mystery's"he thought.
"I think that its wonderful that your son lived to adulthood. I really didn't think about children until I got that lioness pregnant, you know us male ligers, mostle sterile." he winked playfully at her and ended with a laugh. It was true, having offspring hadn't even crossed his mind until he realised that it was actually possible. Theogris never had any real experience with cubs of any kind. The only one he ever did have contact with was the daughter of his former mate, Maddy. But she was banished along with him. That was when in a long time his brain was riddled with thoughts mostly wandering about his step daughter. "Why didn't I go with her?"[/b] he though long and hard about this question. That was when he realsied that a sad look had creeped onto his face, but he shook it off and looked back at Asia.
"Well, I think things will start looking up for us now."

((Sorry for the long wait. I was trying to focus a bit on the Aiyalis rps.))
"They wouldn't last a day..."
Asia said as a small smile crept up on her mouth. She paused for several seconds as she tried to imagine how different the world would be if it were the exact opposite. Suppose hybrids were the majority and purebloods were the minority? How well would they be able to cope? With the rising number of interbred cubs being born, this could actually turn into a real possibility far into the future. She mused silently on the uproar the change could bring. Was she selfish for having these thoughts? For wanting them to take her place and live in her paws? Probably. But it didn't hurt to speculate right?
Theogris spoke again and brought her back to the world of 'reality.' The liger smirked again and nodded her head gently.
"I was thrilled to have children of my own. It depressed me for so long when I thought I'd never have one of my own. I was blessed. You alright?"
Andelusia noticed his sad expression despite the fact that he had brushed it off quickly. She didn't know his past well enough to understand what he had been through. By the looks of it, he had been through more then she had over the last few years. As she glanced up to the sky, she noticed that it had begun to darken. This time, it was not due to the weather but instead night was approaching. She frowned slightly at how fast the day had gone by.

Theogris was glad that her mind was fistracted by the darkening sky. He followed her gaze up through the trees and to waht was visibly of the growing blue and purple hues which signalled that the sun was retiring. He really wasn't up to discussing his step daughter. He had not known her as well as he should have and it just made him regret taking his lfe in a pride for granted. If he had not gotten careless and just brushed off the fact that he was different, he could still be there with the ones he loved.
Curse those purebreds and their discrimination.
"I've never actually gotten through a day that fast." he said, realising the long awkward break they had had between shared words. "My days always seem so long and grueling, I just usually sleep them off." Theo smiled kindly to the liger, hoping that she didn't have to be anywhere. It was a nice and different change to have someone to talk to .
He looked back up the visible parts of the sky again. He didn't like being able to see the stars. In the savannah there was lucky to be any trees around for miles, so the skys were always so open to gazers. He remembered te nights he would spend just relaxing and looking up at their twinkling beauty, forgetting everything. Though, he would never admit that he did.

((I have no excuse for the terrible wait this time around o.O But hey Im here XD ))
I've never actually gotten through a day that fast. Andelusia knew the feeling well. When you spent every day alone in a world where you were unaccepted and unappreciated, the days seemed to drag endlessly. For once in a long time, time had passed relatively quickly and before she knew it, the sun was beginning to set. Having someone to talk to who understood what it was like to live like this was refreshing to say the least. Remembering that Theogris had never actually answered her question, she decided to drop the issue and not press any further.
"It's nice having the company for a change..."
The words flowed from her mouth gently and she allowed a small smile to play upon her mouth. She wondered if he had any plans to leave sometime soon. The liger would like to have the company a little while longer...
"How long will you be around for?"
Andelusia's question was a silent way of her stating that she wanted him to stick around. Would he catch on and accept? Pushing her paws forward, she started to play with the grass beneath them as she awaited his answer.

[[ its all good 8) ]]
Theo nodded slowly in agreement as he continued looking at the skys. His thoughts often got lost when stargazing and his mind wandered. He thought of his purpose on the earth and what he wanted to achieve in what was left of his life. His mind would often trail onto each thought without break, adn he often forgot why he was thinking what he was.
But he snapped out of this trance of his just in time to hear Andelusia's question. "How long will you be around for" Theogris broke his stare with what little sky could be seen adn looked at the liger. "I don't think there is a place I'd rather be then here." he said smiling at her.
He didn't want to leave the only company he had had in months. There was a good chance he'd never have a relaxing, happy moment like this ever again.

((Bwahahaha Im faster nows >3 ))
Theogris's returning statement had made Andelusia feel warm inside. Her smile was quick to brighten up after hearing it. It was nice to know that he appreciated the company just as much as she did. It wasn't very often that you ran into one of your own kind. In fact, even when you did, they were sometimes mentally unstable due to the harsh living conditions for a liger. Theo however was so similar to her. He was kind and understood where she was coming from.
"Me too."
After a long silence, she had finally responded. Asia had spent most of her life travelling and searching for some kind of acceptance from the felines of this world. Sometimes she found it and yet it never seemed to satisfy her. But at this moment she felt completely content. Maybe she was meant to travel until she found someone like her. She begun to wonder how many other hybrids out there were searching for the same thing. How many were truly content? How accepted was it where they lived? Ligers were certainly not the only mixed species out there. In fact she had run into a few other's during her travels.
"There should be a pride for all the unwanted hybrids don't you think? That way no one would ever be alone..."
